Widest online hotel reservation in MALAYSIA!!!! The prices for hotel and packages very cheap compare with other online reservation websites. Unfortunately, hotel is limited for certain destination and quite difficult to get a room for last minutes…

Whenever I book accommodation or tour packages with PYO Travel, there was optional add-on such as return transfer to choose from. However, after PYO Travel revamped its website currently, these optional add-on were missing. Consequently, when I booked accommodation for Bangkok in September, I wasn’t able to add-on optional return transfer. I had to call into PYO Travel’s call centre and was informed that I need to pay admin fee of RM50.00 to revise my service voucher! Hence, pls bring back the optional add-on! Thanks.
Nevertheless, keep up the good job in providing consumers with the best valued packages!

I will be going to Koh Samui next week, at first I thought of PYO because I read from some blogs which they wrote very good reviews on PYO. In fact I contacted your office last month and also try to search through your website but unfortunately cannot find any package to Koh Samui on Oct. And I was told your website undergoing some update that time which I tried many time still the same. I contacted someone from your office and asked for packages to Koh Samui but too bad until today I still do not receive any call from them. And your office nos always in engaged tone. I really hope that I will have a chance to travel with PYO in my future trip since there are some many good reviews I read.

I have booked my trip to Hanoi previously back in May 2008 (if I’m not wrong). The booking process was definitely very efficient and needless to say, effective. It was easy to understand and did not lead me to beat around bushes like some other online booking websites did. Furthermore, the best thing was that I can pay through my credit card. Very convenient and safe. Time-saving and cost-saving. I didn’t even need to call the customer service center. They called me to confirmed my booking and provided me the confirmation slip. At that time, I purchased a ground tour packages which include hotel stay, ground transfer, half day tour and 1-night stay in Halong Bay. All the 8 of us enjoyed ourselves very much, especially my parents and grandma. We had an enjoyable time in Hanoi. Thanks to PYO Travel for the great arrangement. Keep up the excellent work and looking forward for more superb deals from you guys!

I booked my hotel + flight on Thursday 6PM (8.10.09)and fly on Saturday 3PM (10.10.09); a super last minute holiday trip to Taipei. Got a mercedes S600 transferred to the hotel with a great hotel in Ximending. Reliable online travel service – PYOtravel.com! Well done and keep it up!!

I will be going to Singapore next week. The hotel booking process is very efficient.
However, what if PYO may consider if the cancellation fees to be waived if notice of the cancellation is to be made one month before the booking date.

Fisrtly I am not going to say how great this site is.I have tried many times to book through this PYO site and always encounter problems. They might offered some reasonable hotel rates but nothing to shout about. Some other sites offer better rates. I even wrote to customer service for some enquiry and no response from them. I sometimes logged onto this site, but only to make price comparison with other sites. I think it is not very friendly user too. So far i am unable to make any purchase from this site yet but with some luck i might one day managed to navigate and get what i want from here. I agreed with Jess, customer service never response to any query at all. Beef up your service, but honestly some might think this is a great sites and offered good service and low rate but as i mentioned i do not have the luck yet to get what i want from here.
