KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 2 (Bernama) — Online travel agency, PYOTravel.com is targeting a sales turnover of RM60 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2010.

This is a 300 per cent growth compared to the previous financial year.

PYOTravel.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Group Bhd, was established in 2006 as a leading online travel portal, whose business is mainly focused on online tourism.

The general manager of PYOTravel.com Francis Chin said to achieve this target, the company would focus on new product offerings, especially for Asian destinations.

“Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore are our key markets with Australia,Japan and China the fastest growing,” he said during the launch of the company’s revamped website, www.pyotravel.com today.

He said PYOTravel.com will leverage on the recently revamped website, which saw its technological capabilities being further strenghtened, to improve on services.

    A bit disappointed that the tel no. for PYOT could no longer be found in website. Luckily got the no. from their ad in Star paper. Then was left frustrated bcos tried calling numerous times on Thur & Fri (3 & 4 Sept)to clarify further on their offering in the website but no one pick up.
